What Charger Exchange is<\/h3>\n

Charger Exchange is a peer-to-peer EV charging platform. It connects owners of private chargers \u2014 homes, residential buildings, hotels and businesses \u2014 with drivers who need to charge: the owner lists the charge point and sets the price, and the driver finds it, books it, charges and pays from the app.<\/p>\n

The model expands the charging network using infrastructure that is already installed, with no civil works required, and reaches areas where public charging is scarce or non-existent.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

What the deal includes<\/h3>\n

  • Full web platform<\/strong> \u2014 public site, charge point listing and management, bookings and payments.<\/li>\n
  • Mobile apps<\/strong> \u2014 iOS and Android applications, published and operational.<\/li>\n
  • OCPP charging backend<\/strong> \u2014 own server in production with remote control of chargers (session start and stop, telemetry).<\/li>\n
  • Brand, domain and social media<\/strong> \u2014 Charger Exchange, chargerexchange.com and the YouTube, Facebook and Instagram profiles (currently dormant, ready to be reactivated).<\/li>\n
  • Registered users and charge points<\/strong> already on the platform.<\/li>\n
  • Legal and operational framework<\/strong> \u2014 terms and conditions, privacy policy, dispute resolution, cancellations and refunds.<\/li>\n
  • Source code and technical documentation<\/strong>, with a handover period during the transition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n
