We’ll explain step by step how to use the Charger Exchange APP:
To LIST AND RENT YOUR CHARGER<\/strong>, to book someone else’s charger, to use the route planner, chat with other users, and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Download the APP<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The first thing you should do is download the APP from your store (or access it from your web browser):<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Once downloaded, the next step is to register. Fill in the following information from Don’t have an account yet? Sign up here <\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Enter a username<\/strong>
      <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Enter your email<\/strong> (this will be your login username)
      <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Your mobile phone<\/strong> (preferably where you have WhatsApp)
      <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. A strong password<\/strong> (minimum 8 characters)
      <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. The language<\/strong> you prefer (you can choose between Spanish, English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Norwegian, Swedish, Icelandic, Finnish, Danish, and Chinese).

    6. Accept our terms<\/strong>

    7. Click on Register<\/strong>
      <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    8. You must enable “Location” on your device<\/strong> or browser to use the app correctly.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

      Start of the APP<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Once you’ve completed registration, you can log in with your email and password. The app will take you back to the home page, where you can search for chargers by “Location”<\/strong> (entering areas or exact address). The same screen will display “My Reservations” (upcoming scheduled reservations, if any), and “Nearby Chargers”<\/strong> based on your current location. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Account and Registration of your charger<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      In the bottom menu of the app, you’ll find several options: Map, Reservations, Logo (home), Chat, and Account, with their corresponding icons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If we access “Account<\/strong>” we can use the account functions, payments, chargers, reservations, routes, documentation, etc.:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Profile<\/strong>: Here we can edit our profile, add a photo, change our username, change or add a phone number, and choose the language. We can also change our password.
        <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Wallet<\/strong>: Here you can link your bank account to receive payments when you rent your charger. To list your charger, you must link your account to the wallet.
        <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • My Chargers<\/strong>: “Register Charger<\/strong>” here you can publish a new charger; \n
          \n
        • enter the exact “Location<\/strong>” of your charger, <\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • give it a “Name<\/strong>,” <\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • choose the “Connection Type<\/strong>,” <\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • the “Power<\/strong>” in kWh, <\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • the “Price per 30-minute slot<\/strong>” (think about how much that energy costs you and add a small profit), <\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • your “Contact Phone Number<\/strong>” so they can contact you via WhatsApp, <\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • choose the “Minimum Advance<\/strong>” reservation in minutes (to give you time to get organized before booking), <\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • then choose the daily “Opening Hours<\/strong>” (Monday to Sunday), the time slots your charger will be available, and finally, <\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • you can add “Additional Information<\/strong>” so the user knows how to access the charger and what they can do in the area while charging their vehicle. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Once registered, you can view and edit your list of chargers.

        • Saved Chargers<\/strong>: List of all the chargers you’ve saved as favorites. You can “View Details” for each charger and reserve them if you choose.

        • Saved Routes<\/strong>: In the “Map” section, you can create routes and save them for later. Here you’ll find all your saved routes and can review them again.
          <\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • My Reservations<\/strong>: “In Progress”, upcoming “Booked” and “Completed” reservations.
          <\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Documentation<\/strong>: Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, About Us, Contact and Support, Dispute Resolution, Cancellations, and Refunds.

        • Delete account<\/strong>: Deletes your account and all your data.
          <\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Sign out<\/strong>: Sign out of your account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
